Caramel Pecan Cups

Light and flaky puff pastry cups are filled with melted chocolate, topped with caramel topping and a sprinkle of toasted, chopped pecans. They’re delightful little treats that are so easy to prepare and delicious too!

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces semi-sweet chocolate or dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 package (9.5 ounces) Puff Pastry Cups, prepared according to package directions
  • 2 tablespoons caramel topping
  • 2 tablespoons chopped toasted pecans

Directions

  1. Stir the chocolate and heavy cream in a microwavable bowl. Microwave on HIGH for 1 minute or until the chocolate is melted.  Stir until the chocolate mixture is smooth.

  2. Place 1 teaspoon chocolate mixture into each pastry cup. Drizzle with the caramel topping and sprinkle with the pecans.
