Pretty in Pink Cherry Turnovers

These flaky cherry turnovers are topped with a fluffy raspberry-almond whipped cream and sprinkled with sparkling mint sugar.  They're easy, elegant and exquisite!

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup heavy cream

  • 1/4 cup seedless raspberry jam

  • 1/4 tsp. almond extract

  • 2 tablespoons sugar

  • 1 tbsp. chopped fresh mint leaves

  • 1 pkg. (12.5 ounces) Pepperidge Farm® Cherry Turnovers, prepared according to package directions

Directions

  1. Beat the cream in a medium bowl with an electric mixer on high speed until stiff peaks form. Beat in the jam and almond extract.

  2. Stir the sugar and mint in a small bowl. Place the turnovers onto 4 dessert plates. Top with the whipped cream and sprinkle with the mint sugar. Garnish with sprigs of additional mint, if desired.
