Ingredients
1/2 package Pepperidge Farm® Puff Pastry Sheets (1 sheet)
1/2 cup crushed crisp oatmeal cookies without raisins
2 tablespoons butter, softened OR margarine, softened
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
1/2 cup golden raisins
1 tablespoon raspberry preserves
Confectioners' sugar (optional)
Directions
THAW pastry sheet at room temperature 30 min. Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease baking sheet.

COMBINE cookies, butter, almond extract and raisins in food processor or blender. Pulse until combined.

UNFOLD pastry sheet on lightly floured surface. Roll into 9”x12” rectangle. Cut into 2 (4 1/2"x12") rectangles. Place 1 rectangle on baking sheet. Spread preserves on pastry to within 1/2” of edge. Sprinkle cookie mixture over preserves. Top with remaining rectangle. Crimp edges to seal. Cut 2" slits 2" apart on top.

BAKE for 30 min. or until golden. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar, if desired.
