Sparkling Raspberry Turnovers with Lemon Crème Fraiche

Ingredients
1 egg
1 tablespoon water
1 package (12.5 ounces) Pepperidge Farm® Raspberry Turnovers
2 tablespoons turbinado or raw sugar
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 1/2 tablespoons honey
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Mint sprigs (optional)
Directions
Stir the egg and water in a small bowl.  Brush the turnovers with the egg mixture and sprinkle with the sugar.  Bake the turnovers according to the package directions.

Beat the cream and honey in a medium bowl with an electric mixer on high speed until stiff peaks form.  Beat in the sour cream and lemon juice.

Place the turnovers onto dessert plates.  Top with the lemon crème fraiche.  Garnish with the mint, if desired.
