Easy Lemon Turkey in Pastry Shells

Depend on convenient puff pastry shells to turn leftover turkey into a special family meal. Simply fill warm shells with an easy-to-make mixture of cubed turkey, gravy and vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 2 jars (12 ounces each ) Campbell’s® Slow Roast Turkey Gravy
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme, crushed
  • 3 cups cooked frozen California vegetable blend (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)
  • 2 cups cubed cooked turkey
  • 1 package (10 ounces) Puff Pastry Shells, prepared according to package directions

Directions

  1. Stir the gravy, lemon juice, thyme, vegetables and turkey in a 3-quart saucepan and heat over medium heat until the turkey mixture is hot and bubbling. Divide the turkey mixture evenly among the pastry shells.

  2. Ingredient Note: Use a combination of 3 cups cooked fresh vegetables instead of frozen, if you prefer.
