Turkey & Stuffing Shells

Turkey Day leftovers?  This simple recipe transforms those leftovers into an elegant and delicious new dish.  Ready in just 40 minutes, it's so good you'll want to make it throughout the year.

  • 1 cup chopped cooked turkey, warmed
  • 1 cup prepared Pepperidge Farm® Herb Seasoned Stuffing, warmed
  • 1/2 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1 cup Campbell’s® Turkey Gravy, warmed
  • 1 package (10 ounces) Pepperidge Farm® Puff Pastry Shells, prepared according to package directions
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley


  1. Stir the turkey, stuffing, 1/4 cup cranberry sauce and 1/4 cup gravy in a medium bowl.

  2. Spoon 1/3 cup turkey mixture into each pastry shell.  Top each with 2 teaspoons cranberry sauce.  Sprinkle with the parsley and serve with the remaining gravy.
