2 tablespoons ketchup

1 package (9.5 ounces) Pepperidge Farm® Puff Pastry Cups, prepared according to package directions

24 mini beef meatballs(1/4-ounce each), prepared according to package directions

6 slices American cheese or Cheddar cheese, cut in quarters
-
12 slices kosher dill pickle, cut in half
Directions
Heat the oven to 400°F. Spoon 1/4 teaspoon ketchup into each pastry cup. Place 1 mini meatball into each pastry cup. Top each with 1 quarter slice cheese.
Bake for 2 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Top with the pickle slices.
Flavor Variation: You can substitute sriracha ranch for the ketchup. Mix 2 tablespoons ranch dressing and 1 teaspoon sriracha sauce.
