Spicy Smoked Salmon Cups

Smoked salmon, cream cheese, horseradish, lemon zest, chives and hot pepper sauce combine to make a kickin’ filling for golden puff pastry cups. One bite will leave your taste buds tingling for more!

  • 1 each lemon
  • 1/3 cup chopped smoked salmon(about 2 ounces)
  • 1/2 each of an 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
  • 2 teaspoons horseradish
  • 3 tablespoons minced fresh chives
  • 1 dash hot pepper sauce
  • 1 package (9.5 ounces) Puff Pastry Cups, prepared according to package directions


  1. Grate the zest from the lemon.

  2. Stir the salmon, cream cheese, horseradish, 2 tablespoons chives, hot pepper sauce and lemon zest in a medium bowl.

  3. Spoon about 1 teaspoon salmon mixture into each pastry cup.  Sprinkle with the remaining chives.
