Chicken Satay Cups

Puff pastry cups are filled with a savory combination of peanut butter, soy sauce, lemon juice, ginger and cooked chicken. Topped with green onions, these little treasures are loaded with flavor and guaranteed to become a party favorite!

  • 1 tablespoon crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 cup finely chopped cooked chicken
  • 2 medium green onion, chopped (about 1/4 cup)
  • 1 package (9.5 ounces) Puff Pastry Cups, prepared according to package directions


  1. Stir the peanut butter, soy sauce, lemon juice, cilantro, sugar and ginger in a small bowl. Add the chicken and 2 tablespoons green onions and toss to coat.

  2. Spoon the chicken mixture into the pastry cups. Sprinkle with the remaining green onions.
