Ingredients

1 can (6 ounces) premium lump crabmeat, drained and picked over

1 egg

1/4 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs

1/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
-
1 teaspoon lemon juice
-
1 package (9.5 ounces) Puff Pastry Cups, prepared according to package directions
Directions
Heat the oven to 350°F.
Stir the crabmeat, egg, bread crumbs, red pepper and lemon juice in a small bowl. Spoon the crabmeat mixture into the pastry cups. Place the filled pastry cups onto a baking sheet.
Bake for 5 minutes or until the filling is hot.
