Pumpkin Cream Cups

These exquisite dessert cups feature a creamy, spiced pumpkin filling that is spooned into golden puff pastry cups and sprinkled with confectioners’ sugar. One bite will have your guests begging for more!

  • 1 package (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding and pie filling mix
  • 1/4 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup whipped topping or sweetened whipped cream
  • 1 package (9.5 ounces) Puff Pastry Cups, prepared according to package directions
  • 1/4 cup confectioners’ sugar


  1. Stir the pudding mix, pumpkin, milk and pumpkin pie spice in a medium bowl. Fold in the whipped topping.

  2. Spoon the pumpkin mixture into the pastry cups. Sprinkle with the confectioners' sugar.
